Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks a Fresh Graduate Estimation & Proposal Engineer (Mechanical) to support tender analysis, MTOs, and cost estimation. The role involves reviewing client tender packages, engineering drawings, and specifications to define project scopes.

Proficiency in MS Excel for costing and basic AutoCAD operations is required. The ideal candidate is Arab by nationality withArabic language fluency and business English, resident in the UAE with a valid visa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduate/Entry-level).
• Arab National with native-level Arabic and business English fluency.
• Residency in UAE with valid/transferable visa.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scopes.
• Perform Material Take-Offs from mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.
• Coordinate with sub-vendors to request quotes and prepare price comparisons.
• Assist in compiling technical literature, compliance statements, and bid documents.
• Support senior estimation engineers in calculating direct costs for labor, equipment, and materials.
