Al Habib is seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer in the UAE to review drawings, prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams. Applicants should have a engineering or quantity surveying background with 3–5 years of estimation/tendering experience and be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 3–5 years of estimation/tendering experience
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, costing, and rate analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Prepare rate analysis and detailed cost breakdowns
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities
• Support the preparation and timely submission of tenders
