Job summary

BIN SHAFAR CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead detailed estimates and BOQs for premium residential and commercial UAE projects. The role requires interpreting specifications, reviewing drawings, and managing the complete tender process from start to finish.

Candidates must have a Civil Engineering degree, 12+ years of UAE experience, and a valid UAE driving license, with immediate joining availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in preparing detailed Estimates and BOQs for high-end UAE projects.
• Experience managing the complete tender process from interpreting specifications to contract documents.
• Ability to review drawings, tender documents, quantities, and estimates.
• Strong background in Quantity Surveying/Engineering with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of high-end materials and finishes.
• Experience discussing client needs and adjusting BOQs via value engineering.
• A valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Candidates who are in the UAE and can join immediately.

• Experience in discussing client needs and adjusting BOQs and estimates through value engineering.
