Job summary

BILT MIDDLE EAST LLC (BILT) is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in construction projects.

You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather requirements, analyze drawings, and maintain a robust database of costs. Site visits will support accurate data collection and bid preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is essential.
• 3-5 years of experience in MEP estimation within construction is required.
• Professional certifications such as CCP are highly regarded.
• Experience with MEP estimation software like AutoCAD, Revit or related tools is a must.
