Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Landscape)

Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for landscape and irrigation projects
Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Perform quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure elements
Analyze project scope and identify risks, constraints, and cost‑saving opportunities
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
Participate in pre‑bid meetings and site visits
Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines
Track and maintain records of estimates, bids, and project costs
Carry out any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
