Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Landscape)

Location: Dubai – UAE

Industry: Landscape

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for landscape and irrigation projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• Perform quantity take-offs for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and infrastructure elements
• Analyze project scope and identify risks, constraints, and cost‑saving opportunities
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings and site visits
• Prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines
• Track and maintain records of estimates, bids, and project costs
• Carry out any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
