Job summary

Proscape LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer (Landscape Civil Engineering) to drive end-to-end sourcing for landscape materials and services. You will evaluate vendors, prepare BOQs and RFQs, and ensure alignment with site schedules.

The ideal candidate has 35 years of UAE landscape project procurement experience, strong vendor networks, and expertise in procurement software and MS Office. Familiarity with FIDIC and local standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 35 years of procurement experience in UAE landscape construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape materials vendors and market rates.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and engage vendors and suppliers for landscape materials and services.

• Coordinate with design and project teams to align procurement with site execution schedules.
