Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and project estimation for interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Ability to conduct thorough market and cost research to support accurate pricing and value engineering.
• Effective negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE fit-out or construction sector and familiar with local codes, materials, and suppliers.
• Proficiency with estimation software, MS Excel, and reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
