Job summary

Orro Interior Design LLC in Dubai seeks a qualified Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to lead BOQ preparation and project estimation for interior fit-out and construction projects. You will conduct market and cost research, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure pricing accuracy while complying with local codes and industry standards; proficiency in MS Excel and reading technical drawings is essential.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and project estimation for interior fit-out or construction projects.
Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Ability to conduct thorough market and cost research to support accurate pricing and value engineering.
Effective negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Experience in the UAE fit-out or construction sector and familiar with local codes, materials, and suppliers.
Proficiency with estimation software, MS Excel, and reading technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and maintain a professional, inclusive work ethic.
