Job summary

Eleven Plus Decoration Design in Dubai invites an experienced interior fit-out estimator to join our design boutique. You will interpret drawings, BOQs, materials and MEP/joinery scopes to produce accurate cost estimates.

The role emphasizes pre- and post-contract activities, tender preparation, and supplier quotation evaluation, with a focus on market prices and value for discerning luxury projects.

Qualifications

• UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation.
• Experience in Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities.
• Knowledge of civil works, structural works, landscape and interior fit-out.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity take-offs and RFQs.
• Strong MS Excel, Planswift and estimation skills.

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Role Description

Experience in interior fit-out estimation, understand drawings, BOQs, materials, MEP and joinery works, and can prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Qualifications

UAE experience in fit-out estimation

• Strong experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities
• Experience in budgetary estimates, project budgeting and cost planning
• Knowledge of civil works, structural works, landscape and interior fit-out
• Strong understanding of current market prices and material rates
• Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity take-offs and RFQs
• Ability to obtain, evaluate and negotiate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Experience in PL/PA, cost analysis and project budget monitoring
• Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tender & project estimates
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, materials, MEP and joinery works
• Strong MS Excel , Plansswift and estimation skills
