Ninjas in Pyjamas is seeking a Team Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our esports athletes. The role requires strong organization, proactive problem solving, and clear communication within a team environment.

You will coordinate travel, bootcamps, budgets, and events, while building relations with players and staff. Fluency in English is essential; esports familiarity is a plus. This position emphasizes teamwork and culture alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an operations environment (PM/coord).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent issue resolution.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Gaming/esports familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations for our athletes, including player management, partner activations, merchandise, bootcamp planning, budgets, media, and travel arrangements.
• Work closely with coaches for our teams, ensuring smooth coordination of events, travel arrangements, bootcamp planning, and budgets.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline team operations and enhance overall productivity.
• Build and maintain excellent relations with players and colleagues; stakeholder management is key for this position.
• Communicate with esports senior management on player wellbeing and lifestyle.
• Scout upcoming tournament destinations and provide briefings for players.
• Track inventory such as merchandise and peripherals; manage deadlines for roster locks and invites.
