Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a proactive ESG & Sustainability professional to contribute to the bank's ESG agenda, developing the strategy and roadmap and monitoring implementation to ensure visibility of achievements.

The role involves coordinating with departments, supporting ESG data collection and reporting, and preparing sustainability communications for senior management and boards. A bachelor's degree and 0–2 years' ESG experience are required, with strong Arabic and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant ESG/sustainability experience.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Good understanding of ESG concepts, frameworks and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop ESG strategy and roadmap aligned with bank goals.
• Maintain ESG roadmap tracker with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across departments.
• Support ESG reporting, data collection, and compliance.
• Prepare sustainability communications and governance materials.
