Job summary

Reeftech Services LLC for TECHNOFLOW TRADING LLC is seeking a senior energy engineer to conduct ASHRAE energy audits across commercial and industrial facilities in Dubai. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
• CEM certification mandatory.
• 5–10 years of experience in energy audits or ESCO projects.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IPMVP protocols, and energy modelling tools.
• Experience in hotels, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, or large facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ASHRAE Level 1–3 energy audits for facilities.
• Analyse energy consumption using utility data, BMS trends, and system performance.
• Identify and develop ECMs for HVAC, electrical, lighting, and BAS.
• Prepare energy audit reports, savings calculations, and feasibility analyses.
• Develop M&V plans per IPMVP guidelines.
• Support implementation and verification of retrofit projects.

• Conduct ASHRAE Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 energy audits for commercial and industrial facilities
• Analyse energy consumption using utility data BMS trends and system performance evaluation
• Identify and develop Energy Conservation Measures ECMs for HVAC systems electrical systems lighting and building automation systems
• Prepare technical reports including energy audit reports savings calculations and feasibility analysis
• Develop Measurement and Verification M V plans in accordance with IPMVP guidelines
• Support implementation of energy efficiency retrofit projects and performance verification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Engineering.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in energy audits, ESCO projects, or sustainability consulting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation systems.
• Preferred Experience:Experience in hotels, commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, or large commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, IPMVP protocols, and energy modelling tools.
