Job summary

e& UAE is seeking a senior MEP and Data Center project leader to drive concept-to-closeout for greenfield and brownfield developments. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop technical bid documents, and scrutinize contracts while aligning with energy-saving strategies and sustainable designs.

You will oversee feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and coordination with consultants, vendors, and authorities, ensuring successful project delivery and handover to operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in MEP and data center projects.
• BE and MBA with industry certifications.
• Technical project management and tendering skills.
• Budgeting, cost control and contractor relations.
• Experience in telecom and data center engineering.
• Knowledge of design, development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects, greenfield and brownfield data centers.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management and delivering Multidiscipline technical projects - Green field and Brown field.
• Technical expert advise in developing Small, Medium to Large/Mega scale Data Centre from C2C (Concept to Commissioning & Close out).
• MEP (HVAC) Engineering Designing, Public Health engineering, Project Management, and Strategic Planning.
• SME technical support for the National / Multinational end-users product compliance requirements for Data center collocation requirements.
• Experienced in initiating, finalizing and closing the contracts technical documentation and project close out documentation.
• Review and Conduct feasibility analyses, technical qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision making.
• To develop & produce technical bid documents, techno commercial evaluation and recommendation to conclude the bid.
• To lead/Handle/Support high-profile projects involving multiple workstreams and complex, varied stakeholder.
• Providing technical support for internal FM teams supporting to overcome challenges in operations of Telecommunication and Data Centre facilities.
• To verify, access and approve the running bills for the projects, invoices and close out settlement of the projects.
• To develop Sustainable solutions to reduce the carbon footprint and increase overall indoor environment quality.
• SME in designing and managing the most modern Data Centers MEP architecture. Provide Know-how for selecting efficient and reliable infrastructure technology for the Data Centers
• To perform Data Center assessments and technical evaluations in relation to industrial standards.
• Handling and coordinating Consultants and Contractors third party specialist vendors, suppliers, AHJ-representative and subject matter experts for all disciplines including MEP,C&A,PHE,DC fit out...
• Reporting and organizing multilevel interaction meeting at all levels to achieve the targets and relive the progress blocks during all phases of the project. (Design phase, Pre-Active-Post Construction phase)
• Formulating and conveying effective reporting & resolutions for higher management.
• Oversee complete implementation process of the medium, large and complex projects.
