Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Business Transformation Officer for a 1-year contract to lead the SAP ERP programme and drive business readiness across key retail functions. You will act as a bridge between business, technology and operations, guiding process transformation and governance at senior levels.

You will collaborate with Group IT and implementation partners to ensure alignment with programme milestones, risk management, and cross-functional delivery. Strong change leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong SAP ERP transformation experience and adoption planning.
• Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional changes across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Digital.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business transformation and change agenda for the SAP ERP programme.
• Own the business delivery plan, timelines, risks, and outcomes with governance.
• Drive business readiness across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Omnichannel.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Group IT, implementation partners and vendors.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and issues.
• Support post-go-live benefits realization and programme reporting.
