Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia seeks a Business Transformation Officer to lead the SAP ERP programme across luxury retail functions. You will drive business readiness, governance and adoption, acting as the bridge between business, technology and operations to realise programme outcomes.

Reporting to the Programme Director and working with Group IT and vendors, you will shape future-state processes, align cross-functional teams and ensure benefits realisation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in retail or consumer-focused organisations.
• Strong SAP ERP transformation knowledge with adoption and benefits delivery.
• Experience operating at senior leadership/director level in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive business transformation and SAP ERP adoption across impacted functions.
• Own governance, timelines, risks and outcomes with IT and implementation partners.
• Lead business readiness across Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Store Ops and Supply Chain.
• Influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams to programme objectives.
• Support benefits realization and post-go-live improvements.
