Job summary

Client of AIQU seeks an experienced Oracle Specialist Techno Functional in Finance to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges technical and financial domains to drive process optimization and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include migrations, integrations, testing, and training, with emphasis on UAE GAAP and VAT compliance. Strong communication with stakeholders and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years techno-functional Oracle ERP experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data migrations and system integrations.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle Financials Cloud modules GL AP AR FA CM to meet business needs.
• Develop technical solutions including PL SQL packages integrations reports and workflows.
• Manage data migration activities and integrate Oracle ERP with third-party systems.
• Plan and execute system testing unit integration UAT and resolve defects.
• Provide training support and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE GAAP VAT regulations and internal control requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Specialist Techno Functional in Finance to join our team in Abu Dhabi The ideal candidate will lead the design configuration and implementation of Oracle ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud solutions bridging technical and finance domains to drive process optimization and ensure compliance with local regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud modules
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
• Configure and customize Oracle Financials Cloud modules GL AP AR FA CM to meet business needs
• Develop technical solutions including PL SQL packages integrations reports and workflows
• Manage data migration activities and integrate Oracle ERP with third-party systems
• Plan and execute system testing unit integration UAT and resolve defects
• Provide training support and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE GAAP VAT regulations and internal control requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Professional or Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist certification
• Experience migrating from Oracle E-BS to Oracle Cloud Financials
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud OIC FBDI ADFdi and REST APIs
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as OTBI OBIEE Financial Reporting Studio
• Prior involvement in large-scale finance transformation projects in the Middle East
• Project management certification PMP Prince2 Agile Scrum
• Arabic language skills
