International Uniforms Trading LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support daily accounting operations and ERP-based financial workflows. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

The role includes maintaining ledgers, managing payable/receivable, assisting in closing processes, and supporting administrative tasks.

Formación

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficient Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Perform bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Support UAE VAT documentation and compliance.
