Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years IT experience or equivalent healthcare BA experience.
• Epic certifications in Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central, or Referrals.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between operational stakeholders and the Information Systems Department.
• Support ongoing Epic applications operations, optimization, and enhancements.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements for improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders, end users, and technical resources to develop solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Evaluate impact of Epic changes on workflows and downstream processes.
• Assist with troubleshooting application and workflow issues.
• Support testing activities including planning, execution, validation, and documentation.
• Maintain documentation related to requirements, workflows, system changes, and testing.
• Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
