Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a seasoned Epic Ambulatory and MyChart specialist to lead a team and coordinate with delivery management in the UAE. You will oversee build/configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support to ensure workflow efficiency.

Ideal candidates have EpicCare Ambulatory certification, MyChart experience, and 6–8 years in Epic implementations or support within clinical environments. BE degree holders encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Active EpicCare Ambulatory certification is usually required, with MyChart requested.

Responsibilities

• System Build & Configuration: Customizing Epic modules, designing Smart Sets, and building clinical workflows.
• Workflow Analysis: Meeting with clinicians and leadership to identify bottlenecks and close workflow gaps.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance & On call support: Investigating software issues, applying system updates, and providing tier-2 or tier-3 end-user support.
• Testing: Creating test scripts and running unit testing prior to go-lives and version upgrades.
• Training Support: Working alongside clinical educators to ensure documentation standards and proper software use.
