Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks an experienced Epic Ambulatory & MyChart specialist to lead system builds, configurations, and workflow optimizations within a healthcare environment. You will engage clinicians and leadership to identify bottlenecks, then design and implement improvements while providing tier-2/3 support and training.

The role requires hands-on Epic module customization, testing before go-lives, and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Active EpicCare Ambulatory certification is usually required, with MyChart specialties requested.
• Typically requires 6–8 years of Epic implementation or support experience, with a strong understanding of clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• System Build & Configuration: Customizing Epic modules, designing Smart Sets, and building clinical workflows.
• Workflow Analysis: Meeting with clinicians and leadership to identify bottlenecks and close workflow gaps.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance & On call support: Investigating software issues, applying system updates, and providing tier-2 or tier-3 end-user support.
• Testing: Creating test scripts and running unit testing prior to go-lives and version upgrades.
• Training Support: Working alongside clinical educators to ensure documentation standards and proper software use.
