Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to head the entire engineering function for an EPC Oil & Gas mega project. You will ensure timely engineering deliverables, enforce standards, and drive cross-discipline integration with procurement, fabrication, and construction teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Process).
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 20–25+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 8–10 years in Engineering Management roles.
• Offshore and brownfield projects experience.
• Multi-discipline engineering management.
• EPC design lifecycle (FEED to detailed engineering).
• Knowledge of design standards (ASME, API, IEC, ISO).

• Develop and implement the Engineering Execution Plan (EEP).
• Define WBS and deliverable schedule aligned with milestones.
• Establish engineering resource plan and staffing.
• Ensure timely design reviews and approvals across disciplines.
• Manage interfaces with internal and external teams and vendors.
