Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is actively seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee post-award contract administration and commercial management of major EPC contracts for an offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires coordinating between Client, PMC team and EPC contractors to ensure compliance and timely resolution of contractual matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Law or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Contracts/Commercial Management within Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects.
• Strong post-award contract administration experience for major EPC contracts.
• Solid knowledge of contract terms, obligations, notices, claims and change management.
• Proven ability to evaluate variations, EOTs, delay/disruption claims and contractor claims.
• Experience with offshore Oil & Gas projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration and contract management for assigned EPC project packages.
• Serve as PMC focal point for contractual matters between Client, PMC team and EPC contractors.
• Administer EPC, procurement, construction and service contracts during execution.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project procedures.
• Provide contractual/commercial advice to Project Management and teams.
• Manage variations, change orders and amendments with impact assessments.
• Monitor EOT submissions and contractor claims; prepare formal responses.
