Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee day-to-day contractual matters across EPC projects from award to close-out. You will administer main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements while advising on obligations, risks, and entitlements.

Exact focus includes variations, EOT, and timely notices to protect contractual rights. You will coordinate with Project, Commercial, Planning, and Legal teams, ensuring proper documentation, logs, and approvals, and supporting negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contracts/commercial experience in EPC or construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims, and EOT processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer main contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.
• Review tender documents to identify contractual risks and obligations.
• Prepare and manage variation submissions and EOT claims.
• Support project teams with contractual input in meetings on delays and risks.
• Prepare concise contractual status reports with key issues and actions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
