Job summary

Surbana Jurong is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Digital Delivery / BIM Manager to lead BIM and digital delivery for a confidential metro rolling stock project in Dubai. You will shape BIM strategy, execute BEP, coordinate models and govern data across disciplines within a UAE-based, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of BIM leadership in large infrastructure/rail, GCC project exposure, and advanced skills in Revit Navisworks Civil 3D Dynamo Solibri and CDE platforms.

Qualifications

• MSc/BSc in Engineering, Architecture or Digital/BIM Management.
• Minimum 10 years experience managing BIM/delivery in large infrastructure/rail projects.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650, PAS 1192 and IFC coordination workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit Navisworks Civil 3D Dynamo Solibri and CDE platforms.
• Experience in GCC mega-projects; RTA digital delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategy and BEP for the metro project.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection and model validation.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of CDE platforms (e.g. ProjectWise Aconex BIM 360).
• Ensure consistent model structure, LOD naming conventions and data exchange.
• Support integration of BIM with asset management and digital twin initiatives.

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest for the following roles as part of a confidential metro rolling stock consultancy bid project in Dubai. All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.

About the Role: The Digital Delivery / BIM Manager will oversee all digital engineering and Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for the metro project. This includes strategy development BIM execution planning model coordination data governance and implementation of CDE workflows to ensure effective information management across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and project standards
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination clash detection and model validation activities
• Oversee the setup governance and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g. ProjectWise Aconex BIM 360)
• Ensure consistent model structure LOD naming conventions and data exchange protocols
• Support integration of BIM with asset management quantity take-off and digital twin initiatives

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Engineering Architecture or Digital/BIM Management
• Minimum 10 years experience managing BIM and digital delivery in large infrastructure/rail projects
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 standards PAS 1192 and IFC coordination workflows
• Proficiency in tools such as Revit Navisworks Civil 3D Dynamo Solibri and CDE platforms
• Experience in GCC mega-projects is essential; RTA digital delivery experience preferred
