Jurong International seeks a Signalling Design Expert to lead the design and integration of railway signalling systems for major rail projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will develop architectures, prepare layouts, interface specifications and technical reports while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
The candidate should hold an Engineering degree and have 10–15 years of railway signalling design experience, with CBTC/ETCS knowledge and RAMS familiarity.

Join a global multidisciplinary consultancy shaping sustainable resilient and future-ready transportation systems across more than 40 countries Work alongside industry-leading professionals and contribute to landmark rail and infrastructure projects that are transforming mobility across the region Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 15 years of railway signalling design experience, including design delivery for Metro, Mainline Railway, High-Speed Rail (HSR), Light Rail Transit (LRT), or Automated People Mover (APM) systems.Strong knowledge of railway signalling principles, including CBTC, ETCS, Interlocking, ATP, ATO, ATS, and wayside signalling systems.Experience preparing signalling design documentation, interface specifications, engineering calculations, and technical reports.Familiarity with railway RAMS principles, functional safety, and international railway standards such as CENELEC (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129), IEC, IEEE, and other relevant industry standards.Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination within complex rail infrastructure projects.Experience working within international engineering consultancy environments is highly desirable.UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
