Job summary

A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer to implement environmental management systems for a key project. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of ADNOC regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, conducting environmental monitoring, and preparing reports. A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering is required along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 7 – 15 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering within Oil & Gas.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ADNOC projects.
• Experience in environmental monitoring and implementation of EMPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain environmental management systems.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and manage waste segregation.
• Prepare environmental reports for ADNOC & internal management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of ADNOC CoP

Environmental monitoring tools

Strong documentation/report preparation skills

Ability to conduct audits and inspections

Knowledge of GHG and emissions calculations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
