• Prepare cold foods; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test for doneness; monitor quality.
• Set up and break down work station; portion food into proper receptacles; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tools, knives, and equipment; ensure temperature checks of appliances and food.
