Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Program Manager – Transformation & Delivery to lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from mobilization through execution and benefits realization.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk and dependency management, and ensure initiatives achieve defined business outcomes across data, analytics, automation, and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale transformation delivery across data, analytics, automation, and technology.
• Strong governance, RAID management, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Proven senior stakeholder and escalation management in global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery and benefits realization.
• Establish governance, forums, reporting, and controls across multiple units.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies with clear delivery plans.
• Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and business outcomes; track KPIs.
• Drive change management and organizational readiness; transition to BAU.
