Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to build Emirati talent pipelines and support internal mobility and succession planning. You’ll combine human judgment with AI-enabled tools to identify talent, map markets and drive workforce insights.

You’ll work across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR, engaging with universities, business leaders and the Emirati community to deliver high-quality, personalised candidate experiences while safeguarding

Qualifications

• A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
• Experience in strategic sourcing, talent acquisition, talent management or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience engaging with senior talent and diverse professional communities.
• Understanding of internal mobility, succession planning and Emiratization.
• Confidence using talent technology such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Eightfold or Avature.
• Practical understanding of AI-enabled sourcing, talent intelligence and workflow automation.
• Strong data, communication and organisational skills.
• Sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to challenge unsupported AI outputs or inappropriate processes.
• Knowledge of applicable UAE labour requirements and Emiratization policy.
