Job summary

Zoho Corporation Pvt is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant in Dubai, UAE. The role requires solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes across P2P, O2C, L2Q, R2R, and Hire-to-Retire, plus familiarity with industry solutions like SAP and analytics tools such as SAP BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.

A minimum of 3 to 4 years in enterprise solutions across CRM/ERP/HCM/SCM/Manufacturing/Payroll is expected.

Qualifications

• End-to-end business process knowledge (P2P, O2C, L2Q, R2R, Hire-to-Retire).
• Familiarity with industry solutions (SAP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, TM, BPC/SEM).
• 3–4 years of enterprise solutions experience in CRM/ERP/HCM/SCM/Manufacturing/Payroll.

Job Title : Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge: Solid grasp of typical end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire) and their implementation
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (SAP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), and analytical tools ( SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing, Payroll etc.
• Soft skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
• Communication : Good command of English.
