Job description

Enterprise Sales Manager – MENA & Turkey (Dubai, UAE)

Datacultr is a global Digital Operating System for risk management and debt recovery, helping consumer lending, retail, telecom, and fintech organisations expand into the under-penetrated New-to-Credit and Thin-File segments. We drive collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and lower NPLs.

We're on a mission to enable 35 million unbanked and under-served consumers to access formal financial services by the end of 2027. Our clients span India, South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, and LATAM. We're headquartered in Dubai, with offices in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Nairobi, and Mexico City. Our development centre is in Gurugram, India.

The Role

Datacultr is scaling its device-financing business across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager, based in Dubai, to own new business across the region and sell the Datacultr platform into telecom operators, banks and financiers, device OEMs, distributors, and large retailers who run handset financing, device subsidy, and instalment programmes.

This is a front-line, relationship-led hunting role. You will identify the right accounts, get in front of the decision makers yourself, run the deal from first meeting through commercial closure, and stay with the customer through onboarding until they are live on the platform. You are not inheriting a territory to farm; you are being asked to open one.

We are looking for someone who arrives with the network already built. If you have spent your career inside a telecom operator, a device OEM, or a large regional distributor, and you already know the people who own device financing and subsidy programmes, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities
Market Development & New Business
  • Own the territory plan for MENA and Turkey, thus prioritise countries, accounts, and buying centres across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Turkey.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business across telecom operators, banks and NBFCs, device OEMs, distributors, and large retailers running device financing, subsidy, or instalment programmes.
  • Activate your existing network to open doors at CXO, Business Head, and Head-of-Devices level, and convert those relationships into qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline sufficient to deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
Solution & Commercial Selling
  • Run discovery, product demonstrations, solution workshops, and ROI conversations with commercial, credit, collections, and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead RFP and RFI responses, pricing and commercial structuring, security and compliance reviews, and contract negotiation through to signature.
Onboarding & Go-Live Ownership
  • Stay accountable for the customer from signature through onboarding, integration, pilot, and first live cohort on the platform.
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver a clean transition from sale to production.
  • Act as the customer's primary point of contact until the account is live and stable, then hand over to Customer Success for ongoing account management.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and forecasts; report funnel health and deal risk to leadership.
  • Bring back competitive intelligence, pricing benchmarks, regulatory changes, and product gaps from the region to Product and Sales leadership.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development, including at least 2 years selling into telecom operators, banks, or the device and mobility channel in MENA.
  • An existing, active network of decision makers at telecom operators, banks, or large device distributors in the region; people you can call today and get a meeting with.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with CXO, Business Head, and IT or procurement engagement, and of carrying and hitting a revenue quota.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Arabic is used daily in customer conversations across the region.
  • Based in Dubai with a Valid UAE residency or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred Background
  • Currently or recently at a telecom operator (e& / Etisalat, du, STC, Mobily, Zain, Ooredoo, Orange, Vodafone, Turkcell, Türk Telekom), a device OEM (Samsung, Xiaomi, HONOR, OPPO, TECNO, or an Apple channel partner), or a large distributor or retailer (Redington, Axiom Telecom, Jumbo Electronics, Sharaf DG, Emax, Eros).
  • Experience selling or running device financing, handset subsidy, trade-in, or instalment programmes.
  • Experience selling SaaS or platform products with recurring revenue, rather than one-off supply or hardware-only commercial models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement, information security review, and data-residency expectations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
What We Offer
  • Ownership of a region Datacultr is actively building, your name on the first wins across MENA and Turkey.
  • Competitive base salary with performance-linked commission tied to closed revenue and customer go-lives.
  • Direct access to founders and senior leadership, with short decision cycles on pricing and deal structure.
  • Exposure to global financial institutions, telecom operators, and next-generation SaaS technology.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • A high-velocity, low-bureaucracy environment where good ideas ship the same week.
Location & Work Model
  • Location: DIFC, Dubai, UAE.
  • Coverage: Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.
  • Start date: Immediate joiners preferred.
