Job summary

Salt is seeking a Local Implementation Manager to drive SAP transformation in Abu Dhabi. You will bridge business operations and technology, ensuring readiness, data migration and user adoption across the program lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP implementations, change management, and senior stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering a successful business rollout in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP implementation or ERP transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on in UAT, data migration readiness, training coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness activities across SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders and SAP programme team.
• Validate and prioritise business requirements for SAP processes.
• Manage local implementation plans, deliverables and dependencies.
• Drive change management, training coordination and user adoption.
• Oversee data readiness and migration preparation.
• Coordinate UAT, defect resolution and sign-offs.
• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare.
• Identify risks and dependencies and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and SAP implementation partners.
