Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Specialist Product Control to oversee risk controls, compliance, and sustainability across EPB processes. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate investment risks and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

The role involves data management, reporting, and leading projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include ownership of MIS for AUM, product database governance, and coordinating with Wealth to deliver a portfolio 360 view.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/admin/commerce/economics or banking/finance.
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment product, finance, accounts, IT and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of investment management, product structures, and trade/settlement processes.
• Proven track record leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly Asset under Management MIS reports from multiple source systems with data sanity checks.
• Analyze AUM movements and provide evidence for Elite & Private banking positions.
• Manage product database as the golden source for product categorization and parameters.
• Coordinate Wealth dashboard availability for 360 view across business parameters.
• Support transformational IT projects as Business representative for UAT, data migration, and cutover.
• Lead in new product setup, maintenance, and valuation policy discussions.
