Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on network administration and security operations.
• Requires CCNA/CCNP Enterprise and NSE4/NSE7 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 99% availability of data center servers, network hardware, and wireless infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise security solutions, firewalls, and anti-virus.
• Provide leadership for complex infrastructure projects and troubleshooting.
• Test network performance and monitor systems for alerts.
• Deliver 24/7 IT service operations across infrastructure and networks.
• Collaborate with internal customers to align IT services with business needs.
• Research and negotiate with vendors to secure best-in-class network products.
