Job summary

Ceenex Global Technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to provide L3 support for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall and wireless infrastructure. You will act as the final escalation point for complex incidents across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

The role requires strong Palo Alto Firewall expertise, Azure networking knowledge, and hands-on work with Cisco DNAC/FTD/ISE/WLC and F5 load balancers. 7+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering with L3 ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (mandatory, expert level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Networking and cloud connectivity.
• Experience with Cisco DNAC, Cisco FTD, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, and F5 Load Balancers.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3-level support for enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/VPN/firewall and wireless infrastructure.
• Act as final escalation point for complex network incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and problem management with permanent corrective actions.
