Job summary

Noventiq Seven Seas Technology seeks a seasoned IT professional with 5+ years’ hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft infrastructure, Modern Workplace, cloud migration, security, and disaster recovery solutions. You will drive complete project lifecycles from assessment to post-deployment support for enterprise customers including financial/government entities.

• Assess, design, and implement Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 E5 and Office 365 services.
• Deploy and administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Windows endpoint management.
• Implement Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance capabilities including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft on-premises infrastructure including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Windows Server, and Exchange Server.
• Plan migrations: Exchange Server to Exchange Online, tenant-to-tenant migrations, AD and file-server migrations, and physical-to-virtual migrations.
• Implement and manage SCCM, endpoint deployment, patch management, application distribution, and compliance policies.
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions based on RPO and RTO requirements.
• Implement and manage enterprise backup/recovery/archiving using Veeam.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, identity, messaging, security, backup, and cloud issues.
