Job summary

VDart Digital in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Architect to lead Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture, security, and governance across hybrid and cloud-native solutions.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, guide engineering teams, and ensure compliance with major standards while collaborating with cross-functional IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• 4+ years as a Solution / Cloud Architect.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Azure core services and security.
• IAM, M365 security, compliance and governance.
• Monitoring and security tooling (Defender, Sentinel) preferred.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define Microsoft 365 tenant architecture aligned with IT and cloud strategy.
• Design hybrid and cloud-native M365 solutions integrated with Azure.
• Act as architecture authority for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Drive roadmaps, standards, and governance for M365 adoption.

• Lead architecture for Defender suite, Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection.
• Ensure ISO/SOC/GDPR/HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

• Define Microsoft 365 tenant architecture aligned with enterprise IT and cloud strategy
• Design hybrid and cloud-native M365 solutions integrated with Azure services
• Act as architecture authority for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform
• Drive roadmaps, standards, and governance models for M365 adoption

Identity, Security & Compliance

• Architect Azure AD / Entra ID solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, B2B/B2C
• Design Zero Trust security models across M365 and Azure
• Lead architecture for Microsoft Defender suite, Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, or industry regulations
• Design integrations between M365 and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Key Vault)
• Architect hybrid identity and access models (AD Connect, cloud-only, federation)
• Collaborate with Azure platform teams on networking, security, and monitoring alignment

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture
• Advise CIOs, CISOs, and IT leadership on M365 and Azure capabilities
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, and standards
• Guide engineering teams and review implementations for architectural compliance
