Job summary

RLGC in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Data Network Engineer to join its technology team. You will deploy, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity across business operations.

You will work closely with technical teams and customers to design, implement, and optimize routing, switching, VLANs, and migrations, while maintaining documentation and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in enterprise data networking including routing, switching, and security basics.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting VLANs and LAN/WAN environments.
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge and ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and support network switches, routers, and related devices.
• Manage and troubleshoot VLANs, LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP networks.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify service issues.
• Investigate and resolve connectivity and infrastructure-related incidents.
• Support network implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service quality.
• Support network security and infrastructure best practices.
• Ensure network availability, stability, and performance objectives are achieved.
