Job summary

Crystal Gallery seeks a Corporate Sales Executive to drive growth by selling crystal products directly to large corporate accounts. You will identify opportunities, build a strong client base, and lead negotiations from initial contact to final delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock, presentations, and forecasts align with corporate targets, while representing the company at exhibitions and events to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the management team.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and customer needs.
• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
• Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through sales calls, cold calling, direct emails, networking and social media.
• Meet with potential clients and identify their needs / requirements.
• Follow up on leads generated through retail stores.
• Target new and existing accounts for new business.
• Enter, update and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into sales database.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
• Generate monthly budget and sales forecasts.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sale and demonstration.
• Oversee and follow up the sales process from quote to delivery of final product.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to generate business.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives for better results.
