Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in auto spare parts.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets, supported by analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office for tracking activities and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance; MBA or related certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Indian languages are a plus.
• On-site work capability in Dubai.
