Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our IT Administration Team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves on-call support for business process owners, problem management to maximize system uptime, and proactive communication with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based enterprise application environments (server, web apps).
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and perform analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong team orientation.
• Experience in customer service and supporting business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for business process owners
• Oversee problem management to ensure maximum system uptime
• Communicate with business owners about service-related issues
• Perform level 3 troubleshooting for assigned services
• Collaborate with development, support, and engineering teams
• Coordinate minor technology projects for a business unit
• Monitor maintenance and ensure system integrity
• Proactively inform owners about technology requests
• Assist in testing basic system functionality before handover
• Create and maintain support documentation
• Assist users in gathering requirements
• On-call system support as necessary
• Participate in lab tests to identify problems and fixes
• Assist in project management activities and status reporting
