Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the IT Administration Team in the UAE. The role focuses on on-call support, incident resolution, and collaboration with development and engineering teams to improve processes and services.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a IT-related field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call support for business process owners and ensure uptime.
• Troubleshoot level 3 incidents and coordinate with IT teams.
• Communicate status to business owners and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing and handover of systems to business units.
• Create and maintain support documentation and runbooks.
• Assist in project management activities and task tracking.
