Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint capability essential with Excel and Word experience.
• Experience delivering complex executive materials for strategy, finance, operations, or HR.
• Experience using large language models or AI-powered productivity tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic and complex business assignments involving PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Develop scenarios reflecting standards and ambiguity found in large enterprises.
• Create tasks requiring substantial analysis, business judgement, and document-development effort.
• Collaborate with a large language model to discuss, create, edit, and refine Office Open XML files.
• Place emphasis on professional PowerPoint presentation development and review.
• Structure each assignment as a four-turn conversation with clear progression between stages.
• Compare two AI-generated deliverables during each task turn.
• Explain every preference through specific and actionable written feedback.
• Assess slide structure, narrative logic, visual hierarchy, data presentation, and executive readability.
• Review Excel content for analytical consistency, formula logic, organization, and decision-making value.
• Evaluate Word documents for completeness, structure, tone, and professional communication.
• Identify unsupported claims, missing information, formatting defects, and business-logic weaknesses.
• Document recurring issues affecting AI-generated presentations and business files.
• Recommend improvements to model instructions, document handling, and iterative revision behaviour.
• Create cross-functional use cases involving analysis, reporting, recommendations, and executive presentations.
• Work across sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, and retail.
• Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout repeated evaluation assignments.
