Job summary

Algebra AI in Dubai is seeking a senior application engineer to turn messy business workflows into reliable software. You will build the internal and client-facing applications around Algebra’s AI workflows: dashboards, interfaces, admin tools, integrations, and the application layer that makes our agents usable in the real world.

This builder role expects you to own architecture yet ship production-grade code across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, and permissions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application engineering, full-stack engineering, backend engineering, or product engineering.
• Built and shipped production applications used by real customers or internal operators.
• Strong experience across modern web application development including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and authentication.
• Able to work across the stack without being protected in a narrow specialty.
• Can translate unclear requirements into a working product and design scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Translate real client processes into clear application logic and user flows.
• Build dashboards, workflow interfaces, approvals, admin panels, and integrations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to connect model outputs into usable product experiences.
• Design systems that support automation and human control.
• Create reusable patterns for repeatable client use cases.
• Own architectural decisions and improve developer workflows and code quality.
