Job summary

InfoVision Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives in the UAE. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, AI platform vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful execution of strategic transformation programs.

The role requires 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation projects, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management delivering enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise AI transformation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and project governance.
Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage project changes.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.
