Job summary

InfoVision Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives in the UAE. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with business stakeholders, AI platform vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful execution of strategic transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management delivering enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise AI transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and project governance.
• Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage project changes.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, AI platform vendors, and technology partners, while ensuring successful execution of strategic transformation programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in project governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Experience in enterprise consulting or AI transformation programs is an added advantage.
