Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a hands-on AI Solution Architect to join our AI-native team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in a hybrid mode. You will shape innovative digital solutions using Azure and AI technologies, partnering with clients to translate business needs into scalable architectures.

You will lead design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide engineering best practices while maintaining strong client engagement and language-agnostic technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, clients and technical teams.
• Very good command of English both spoken and written.

In this role, you will partner with the client to identify new business opportunities and translate them into scalable technical solutions. You will combine architectural leadership with hands-on delivery, taking a language-agnostic approach to selecting technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to understand business needs, assess opportunities and define solution approaches
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and launch new digital initiatives

Requirements

• Strong experience in solution architecture with a hands-on approach to designing and delivering AI-powered solutions
• Practical experience with AI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications
• Experience with Azure technologies and data solutionsStrong experience with .NET technologies
• Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, connectivity and security
• Understanding of on-premises environments and private cloud architectures or a strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas
• A language-agnostic mindset and confidence working with different programming languages and frameworks
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation
• Very good command of English both spoken and written
