Trans Skills, a Dubai-headquartered HRIS and global EOR provider, seeks an experienced AI/Cloud Architect to lead pre‑sales discovery and design of AI-enabled solutions. You will convert business needs into scalable architectures and build PoCs and demonstrations for enterprise buyers.

You will own technical workstreams for RFx bids, define robust patterns, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasible, secure AI deployments across clients in multiple regions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience across software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering or enterprise solution consulting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building generative AI solutions using large language models, including enterprise RAG or AI agents.
• Experience delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions beyond PoC with production engineering, security, monitoring and support.
• Strong Python development and API/SDK experience; C#/.NET is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of LLM application patterns: prompts, embeddings, retrieval, tool calls, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and identity platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, data privacy and responsible AI controls.
• Proven client-facing skills in discovery, solution presentations and proposal development.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams, sizing models and implementation plans under bid deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery with client stakeholders to convert business priorities into AI use cases and delivery plans.
• Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures for generative AI using Microsoft cloud stack.
• Build demonstrations, accelerators and PoCs to validate feasibility and value.
• Own the technical workstream of RFPs, including architecture, scope, estimates and risks.
• Define RAG, grounding, memory, orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns per use case.
• Assess model choices for quality, latency, security, data residency and cost; explain trade-offs clearly.
• Present solutions in workshops and bid presentations to enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with account and delivery teams to shape opportunities and reusable assets.
• Support due diligence, planning and handover post-award; ensure traceability into delivery.
• Keep current with Microsoft AI services and reference architectures for reusable assets.
