Job summary

Amazon Data Services Emirates LLC - Dubai Branch is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to help customers and partner teams deploy AI/ML models into production. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and oversee end-to-end deployment from concept to production.

You will work with product managers and engineers, stay current with AI/ML developments, and drive automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/ML/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience in ML or data science roles
• Experience in data center engineering/operations or PM roles
• Experience in automation and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and AI/ML opportunities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI ML models and solutions into production
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and partner teams on AI ML best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI ML model deployment and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI ML technologies and apply them to solve customer problems
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes for AI ML deployment
• Communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, machine learning, engineering or related fields

3+ years of technical program management experience

Experience in ML or data scientist role

Data center engineering/operations experience

Experience in automation and process improvement

Job description

The core of your work will be to help our customers and partner teams integrate and deploy AI ML models into their production environments This includes understanding their business needs identifying opportunities for AI ML and working with them to develop and deploy solutions You will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of AI ML solutions from initial concept to production deployment This role requires a strong understanding of AI ML technologies as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills You will work closely with customers product managers and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI ML solutions
