Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a licensed ENT specialist to expand an outpatient practice within HealthHub locations across Dubai. The role emphasizes building a thriving patient base through a strong internal referral network, while providing comprehensive ENT care in a modern, well-supported environment.

Ideal candidates hold UAE licensing, have 5+ years of post-specialist experience, and can engage patients with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH Licensed Specialist ENT Surgeon.
• Minimum 5 years' post-specialist experience.
• UAE clinical experience.
• Strong outpatient ENT experience.
• Experience performing outpatient ENT procedures independently.
• Excellent patient engagement skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a patient following.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Arabic language skills highly advantageous.
